I first got whiff of the street-wear brand Born x Raised from  none other than the great “Rude Jude” of Shade 45. Captivated by the name and the premises of the brand, I decided to feature Born x Raised back in the month of May. Three months later the brand Born x Raised  is endorsed by arguably (if not the one of the best) lyricist of our time; Kendrick Lamar.  Known to exclusively rock independent brands, Kendrick Lamar unceasingly support for local and domestic brands has a huge impact on brand awareness and is a definite plus  for the indie realm.  Now teamed with Union Los Angeles , Born x Raised is once again off to an even stronger start with their latest collaboration. Boldly combining a “blend of Japanese Samurai rawness and LA West Coast vibes,Akhil Sesh, & Sir Fawn have managed to concoct one sick cocktail. Capturing  the essence of the brand  through a tastefully dark but artful photo-shoot, it appears Born X Raised & Union LA  are ready for prime time.

Born and Raised

Artistic Entrepreneurs Akhil Sesh & Sir Fawn have chosen a befitting example of the trendsetting rebellious attitudes that resonate within themselves as the focus of their latest hyper realistic collaboration.

Sir Fawn’s unique futuristic interpretation of Alex 2 Tone and Chris Gibbs latest recipe with the Born X Raised & Union LA collaboration is the perfect blend of Japanese Samurai rawness and LA West Coast vibes.

“Our goal whenever we approach Art is to explore new realms of creative expression by pushing boundaries & this Image series definitely transports one into a higher plane.” – says Akhil Sesh who has produced an audio accompaniment  “Born Gods Live ___”  to further symbolize the theme of this project:

Evident thru their work, impeccable quality is something that these Artists take seriously. Expect to be inundated with plenty more to come.
